New Approximation Operators using Combined Edges Systems

In this paper, we introduce new approximation operators such as first lower and upper of a sub undirected graph ƕ ⊆ Ω by using incident edges system non-incident respectively. Some properties these concepts are investigated. addition the accuracy introduced some its characteristics studied.
